Job Summary
Financial and Data Analyst for Contract Logistics North America supports local management with financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cost analysis, invoicing and client billing, and development of financial tools and dashboards. Responsibilities include preparing internal financial reporting, analyzing operational trends and costs, driving cost efficiencies, producing quotes and business cases, supporting audits, maintaining KPIs, developing presentations, and collaborating with Operations to plan budgets and forecast financial performance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5+ years of experience in financial or logistics analytics; advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau); SQL knowledge; experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems; strong communication and detail-oriented capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or logistics analytics
- Experience in contract logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, macros preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
