Job Summary
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to analyze financial and P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and corporate reporting requirements. Assist with annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning while developing financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline finance processes and internal controls. Support special projects including ERP enhancements, costing improvements, and new business implementations. Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, $75,000–$95,000 annually. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years in a manufacturing environment required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced) with experience with formulas, pivot tables, x lookups and building financial models
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline
- 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience with a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- experience with ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
