Job Summary
Responsible for all financial matters related to assigned customer accounts including invoicing, forecasting, accruals, and ad hoc reporting; provide internal finance group with monthly and annual revenue projections; perform account reconciliations; ensure all customer accounts are in good financial standing. Oversight of all financial matters related to assigned accounts; intermediary between business team and FP&A group; Subject Matter Expert on all customer billing, pricing, and financial needs; manage open work orders and purchase orders; maintain records of billed and unbilled amounts by project; track charges against work orders; ensure proper revenue recognition for projects; monthly recognition of events, fixed, variable, and project revenue; invoicing for all fees pertaining to work performed for customers; manage out-of-pocket (pass-through) costs billed to customers; review invoices; weekly review of UAR and costs; monthly reconciliation of out-of-pocket costs; forecast customer-facing finances; develop reasonable estimates for event volumes and costs; monthly accruals and ad hoc reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to navigate complex situations and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with large data and complex reports
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Good time management and multitasking skills
