Job Summary
Financial Analyst responsible for comprehensive financial and business analysis including forecasting, trend analysis, depreciation, working capital assessments, and investment evaluation. Analyzes sales, finance, and general business conditions; investigates operational and financial results and recommends management policies to improve financial position. Tracks and analyzes cost variances (material costs, subcontracting, RMA/RTV, scrap) and oversees inventory controls, cycle counts, and capitalization vs expensing decisions. Prepares internal and external financial reports, supports pricing strategies aligned with financial goals, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights for management and stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of related experience; strong ability to read and interpret financial documents and present findings to senior leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- three years related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
- ability to present information to top management and/or boards of directors
- ability to calculate figures and percentages
- ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- experience in forecasting, analysis of sales/finance
- inventory management experience
- experience with preparing financial statements, ledgers, and tax reports
- comfort with office environment and teamwork
