Job Summary
Financial Analyst, Transformation Office supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives through high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking. Partners with transformation leaders, finance business partners, and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, track value realization, and support future-state operating models. Responsibilities include actual-versus-forecast/actual-versus-plan analysis, budgeting, long-range planning, monthly forecasting, and developing materials for leadership reviews and governance forums. Enhances and standardizes financial/operational data to improve transparency and decision-making, monitors KPIs and value-capture metrics, and ensures adherence to financial controls and privacy standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting tools. Travel up to 10% may be required. Role located in Diegem, Flemish Brabant, Belgium. This position is part of DePuy Synthes within Johnson & Johnson and is expected to interact with senior stakeholders in a global MedTech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline (required)
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in finance, FP&A, consulting, or analytical roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, financial systems)
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non‐finance stakeholders
- Preferred: experience supporting transformation, change, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to global or regional finance operations in a large, complex organization
- Knowledge of MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools
- Experience working with senior leaders or executive-level reporting
- Languages: English proficiency; additional European language skills are a plus
