Job Summary
Conduct pricing analysis, business planning, and forecasting to support revenue growth and investment decisions. Assist in annual budgeting, standard cost setting, and the monthly close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Interpret complex data to drive operational excellence initiatives and ensure GAAP, SOX, and company policy compliance. Review variances to identify corrective actions and support ad hoc analysis of P&L performance, cash flow, and working capital optimization. Partner with functional leaders to develop forecasts and deliver performance tracking reports with appropriate countermeasures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Equivalent experience
- MBA preferred and/or CPA, CMA
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, accounting or related field
- Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
