Job Summary
Financial Analyst role providing financial analysis support to a U.S. Navy program office. Responsibilities include delivering business and financial management support to PEO IWS 1.0 USCG, preparing and tracking funding documents and obligations using Navy ERP, executing OM&N, WPN, and OPN funding via G-invoicing, MIPRs, WXs, and PXs, managing Task Planning Sheets, responding to financial drills, extracting/analyzing data from Navy financial systems (ERP, NEPS, EDC, COBRA, RDOCS, PDOCS, PBIS), and communicating timely program financial status updates to clients.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Experience in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must possess a DOD Secret security clearance
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to 1/2 mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment
