Job Summary
The FP&A and Data Analytics Associate role involves supporting financial planning, M&A analytics, and developing data infrastructure within specialty healthcare. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in healthcare services FP&A, or transaction advisory/QoE with healthcare exposure
- Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP/budgeting platforms
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of healthcare services economics (reimbursement, payor mix, unit economics)
- Specialty pharmacy or infusion services experience
- Transaction advisory or valuation background
- SQL or other database query experience
