Job Summary
Produce and maintain accurate acquisition, disposition, and development pro formas using MIMCO's proprietary Comprehensive Model and AI tools. Assist in developing refinance strategies, evaluating lender pools, and completing quarterly loan portfolio reports for the SVP of Finance. Conduct real estate market research, including comparable sales and rental analysis, while becoming proficient with CoStar. Provide ad hoc analysis, support the Yardi Investment Manager, and complete seasonal valuations and tenant reconciliation tasks. Perform calculations, read and comprehend documents, and reason and analyze data while working in a temperature-controlled environment. Sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in real estate financial analysis, or a role that involves underwriting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced modeling skills required
- Exposure or willingness to learn Claude Excel plug-in
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Physical presence on the job is essential and necessary
- Must carry/lift loads of: Light (up to 25lbs.)
- Must carry/lift loads of: Moderate (25-50lbs.)
- Must carry/lift loads of: Heavy (over 50lbs.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with Yardi (Debt Menu and IM) preferred
