Job Summary
Prepare recurring financial, operational, and management reports for leadership and department stakeholders while reviewing actual results against budget to identify key drivers, trends, and risks. Coordinate necessary reclassifications and General Ledger adjustments, then utilize Salesforce reporting tools to create, maintain, and distribute dashboards that support decision-making. Partner with operating departments and initiative funds to provide financial analysis and budget support, creating ad hoc reports in Salesforce, Excel, and other platforms. Assist in developing training materials and identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation. Work collaboratively with the FP&A Manager and broader Finance team to support departmental priorities, special projects, and emerging business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis
- Strong experience with financial reporting, variance analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and account reconciliations
- Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, or a comparable CRM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and work independently while managing competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive working relationships
- Flexible, team-oriented work style with a willingness to support team and organizational priorities as needed
- Ability to work at workstation for long periods of time
- Ability to use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to work on site and remotely as required
