Job Summary
Financial Analyst responsible for preparing and analyzing the Monthly Sales Reporting Package for senior leadership, conducting margin reporting, POS reporting and analysis for key retailers/distributors, and entering monthly/yearly accruals. Serves as liaison between finance, sales, and marketing regarding customer deductions and credits, and handles monthly forecasting and SG&A analysis. Maintains and updates related templates and departmental databases, supports budgeting activities, and performs ad hoc reporting. Requires post-secondary education in accounting or related field, 3+ years in Finance/Accounting, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Adaptive Planning is a plus. Independent and collaborative team member with minimal travel expected. Location-focused postings include Milwaukee, WI, USA and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Working towards CPA certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimal travel required
