Job Summary
Support FP&A and finance team through financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and strategic analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to inform planning and initiatives; monitor performance, identify trends/variances, and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and assist with month-end/year-end processes and audits. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and support decision-making; identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and efficiencies. Opportunity to collaborate with leadership and influence business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and Power BI is an asset
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
