Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Financial Analyst responsible for preparing financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, and management reports; develops pricing models and maintains client-side pricing tools; tests updates with IT, supports monthly close, and provides insights from trend analysis to improve financial performance; coordinates with IT to create/validate reports, gathers data for CAPEX viability analyses, and ensures confidentiality of financial information. Requires a BBA in Finance or Accounting, five+ years in financial analysis/budgeting, CMA/CPA preferred, strong Excel/Power BI skills, basic SQL/Access, and bilingual English-Spanish. Work is in-person at the Guaynabo, Puerto Rico location; occasional evening/weekend work may be required. Pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and Medicare experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BBA major in Finance or Accounting
- Five (5) or more years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting closing cycle
- CMA or CPA, preferred
- PBM and/or Medicare experience, preferred
- MS Excel and Power BI
- Basic SQL knowledge and Access, preferred
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish
Desired Qualifications
