Job Summary
Financial Analyst to support FP&A for a healthcare client. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, cost reporting, and various regulatory filings; collaborate with Accounting on financial analysis, variance reporting, and data-driven recommendations to the Director of FP&A and VP of Finance; develop and deliver financial reports, revenue summaries, and budget narratives; create financial proformas to support business cases for new programs or site expansions; manage updates to budget systems. Role offers growth opportunities and excellent benefits. Mostly remote with one day a week in the office or as needed in the Seattle area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP, management accounting, and economic concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills for reports and stakeholder presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or analytical field such as data science/analytics is highly preferred
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in a complex work environment
- Two plus years (2+) in structured program such as public accounting in audit or consulting would be a bonus
