Job Summary
Financial Analyst III/IV responsible for providing accurate, timely financial information and management reports, developing forecasts and financial models, analyzing trends, and performing cost/ROI analyses. Works with IT and other departments to support planning and decision-making; generates insight through “what if” scenario modeling; trains and mentors less experienced staff; and contributes to monthly activities and process improvements. Role combines hands-on analytical work with guidance to others and opportunities for independent problem solving in a hybrid, Dublin, OH-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration
- 5 years' experience working in financial analysis
- Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Access
- Proficient in use of other automated accounting systems and ability to train junior staff
