Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team, focusing on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and strategic initiatives. Analyze large volumes of financial, operational, inventory, purchasing, and sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Partner with business leaders to evaluate operational performance and recommend actionable improvements. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results. Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes. Analyze customer, product, vendor, and business segment profitability. Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business drivers. Assist in inventory analysis, inventory turns, product margin analysis, and working capital management. Support pricing strategies through financial analysis and modeling. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data integrity and efficiency. Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close activities and financial statement review. Support ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and executive requests.
