Financial Analyst, Senior - CapEx

Job Summary
Underwrite and track global capital expenditure projects exceeding $1B annually by collecting, authenticating, and analyzing financial data for the Optimization and Capital Deployment division. Develop project models to determine financial effectiveness of potential capital projects and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Global CAPEX spend, EBITDA, and revenue versus underwrite to evaluate performance. Act as the finance global point of contact for capex growth, providing timely project spend forecasting and maintaining consistency in processes and data governance. Partner with local finance teams, Engineering, Operations, and global partners to support capital deployment and prepare executive-level financial deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors
- 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience developing reports and / or processes in a Workday ERP environment
- Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative), including the ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information crisply and succinctly
- Strong interpersonal skills and presence to quickly gain respect and build strong working relationships across the organization at all levels, including C-Suite/Executive
- Commitment to providing outstanding internal and external customer support
- Estimated travel 5-10%
Desired Qualifications
- Masters
- preferably in a Workday ERP environment
- Financial modeling experience
- Comfort working in a hands-on, highly engaged environment
