Job Summary
Develop revenue forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across all revenue streams while analyzing actual performance against targets to identify trends and variances. Contribute to quarterly earnings call and MD&A analysis by supporting financial modeling and forecasting for both short-term and multi-year horizons. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand forecast drivers, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain dashboards for business tracking. Become a power user of the Hyperion planning system and SmartView add-in to facilitate efficient reporting. Base pay ranges from $64,000 to $80,000, with a 5% bonus plan and immediate vesting 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or related field
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables and charts
- Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information
- Business modeling skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills
