Job Summary
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management reviews. Build, maintain, and enhance financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with operational and fleet performance. Analyze business performance, operating costs, profitability, utilization rates, and key financial and operational KPIs. Support management with financial planning, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making by conducting variance analysis between actual results and budgets. Evaluate new projects, investments, fleet expansion, and business opportunities while working closely with accounting, operations, and fleet teams to ensure data accuracy. Assist with cash flow planning, working capital analysis, and cost optimization initiatives for large projects and asset-heavy activities. Requires 6–7 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling within asset-intensive industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 6–7 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
- Experience working with multi-department operational data and supporting decision-making in dynamic business environments
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in car rental, transportation, logistics, fleet management, or other asset-intensive or cost-heavy industries
- Professional certifications such as CFA (any level), FMVA, CMA, or equivalent
- ERP system experience
