Financial Analyst -SAP CO (US/CAN/MX)

Job Summary
SAP CO Expert in North America Financial Controlling to ensure integrity and efficiency of SAP controlling processes, including preparation for S/4HANA migration. Responsibilities include reconciling COPA and PCA, leading month-end close for North American locations, preparing year-end close and new fiscal year setup, performing inventory revaluations, and acting as SAP CO data steward. Key duties also cover SAP CO customizing and master data management (cost centers, profit centers, internal orders), cleanup ahead of S/4HANA migration, supporting SAP upgrades, and cross-module process implementation. The role requires SAP CO expertise, data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and training of SAP CO users. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/IS or related field and 2+ years of SAP CO experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in SAP CO module preferred
- Strong understanding of controlling processes, cost analysis, and financial reporting preferred
- Experience with SAP BW and data reconciliation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
