Job Summary
Collaborate with managers and senior leadership on monthly productivity reviews, remediation of variances, and annual operating budget coordination. Lead the month-end closing cycle by reviewing financial information, journal entries, and data for accuracy while maintaining management systems. Prepare projections for new building projects and evaluate the financial impact of new programs. Review all financial data for accuracy and ensure fair financial representation through collaboration with accounting staff. Maintain various departmental statistical and financial data, documenting work well and communicating orally and in writing with all levels of management and employees.
