Job Summary
Track program costs, funding, and project performance by partnering with Program Management and FP&A. Assist with B&P/Pricing efforts, analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, and prepare insights for senior management. Maintain and improve dashboards and KPIs using Power BI while ensuring accurate data entry in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Support budget evaluations, forecasting, and profitability analysis to recommend process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of experience, and proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or another related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical or financial experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skillset
- Solid Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or another related field is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Program finance experience or exposure
- Ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and work cross‐functionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
