Job Summary
Financial Analyst to support forecasting and planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to track results and translate data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly forecasting and long-range planning, headcount planning, payroll andnon-payroll expense analysis, monthly variance analysis for leadership, and aligning across Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing. Requires 2+ years in FP&A or accounting, strong Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint, familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP, and experience in a SaaS environment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's in finance/accounting or MBA, experience with Pigment and Salesforce, and experience supporting c-suite stakeholders. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to set clearly defined objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively.
