Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you support company performance through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You work with business partners to track financial results, identify trends, and contribute to planning processes. You help translate data into insights that inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual planning, cost control analysis, variance analysis for leadership, and collaboration across Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to set clearly defined objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively
