Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, support company performance through data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Partner with leadership to perform monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning. Provide support in financial aspects including headcount planning, reporting, cost control, and analysis. Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, T&E and all other non-payroll expenses. Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders, understanding the key drivers behind the variances. Collaborate with various departments (Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with overall company goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- Ability to work cross-functional and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to set clearly defined objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively.
