Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will support company performance through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will forecast, plan, and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, and non-payroll expenses; perform monthly variance analyses for leadership; collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company goals; and contribute to planning processes with a focus on translating data into actionable insights. The role requires strong Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling), experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite), SaaS environment familiarity, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-finance partners. Preferred qualifications include a finance/accounting bachelor’s degree or MBA, experience with Pigment and Salesforce, and comfort using AI tools to support daily work. Travel up to 10% is required. The position offers remote-first work conditions, competitive compensation ($65,000-$95,000 base) and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to set clearly defined objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively.
