Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of Commercial Real Estate assets, specifically Manufactured Housing, by analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls. Manage databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and real estate metrics while reviewing industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends. Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts, for client-facing documents and presentations. Write market intelligence for marketing materials and develop compelling narratives for deals. This role supports the preparation of data used in client interactions and leverages market intelligence to drive deal performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills - experience with VBA and complex formulas
- Skilled in data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and industry trends
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas effectively through writing and data visualization
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
