Job Summary
Lead financial planning and forecasting efforts for ABB’s Electrification Services in the Americas region, serving as a key partner to business leaders for strategy alignment and financial decision support. Translate strategy into measurable targets, oversee the planning/closing processes, manage work-in-process inventory and project costing, and ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and receivables. Maintain transparent financial data, implement internal controls, provide actionable insights to management, and monitor risks and opportunities to influence operational decisions. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field and 7+ years of experience in finance, with ERP/SAP proficiency and US work authorization. Remote work is available for candidates in the Western United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in a Financial Position
- Experience with ERP Systems required (SAP strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking
- Work authorization to work in the US
