Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive program financial updates including budgets, funding, revenue recognition, project accounting, invoicing, and cash collection in partnership with the Program Manager. Generate external USG financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) including Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) and Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR). Support pricing activities for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) while collaborating with supply chain teams to align cash flows and milestones. Drive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation, maintaining variance analysis and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development. Provide proactive financial analysis of project aspects to identify risks affecting cost and schedule, recommending strategic alternatives to senior management. Perform monthly variance analysis interpretation and billing oversight. Requires U.S. citizenship, 5+ years of program finance experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Flexible 9/80 work schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience in program finance-related roles (preferably supporting government contracts)
- OR an Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous program control experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to build reports and charts for various requirements
- Experience leading or supporting Earned Value Management System (EVMS) deliverables and requirements
- Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and FAR/DFARS standard clauses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- U.S. citizenship
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance
