Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Lead and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting by comparing results to past performance, current plans, and future expectations. Create tracking processes for key financial initiatives including productivity and new offers, while building and managing data visualization reporting in DOMO. Assist in creating financial plans and forecasts for executives by consolidating budgets from various team members and developing management presentations for annual plans and quarterly business reviews. Analyze operational data to drive insights and influence decisions through trend and variance analysis. Work closely with Finance leaders to develop insights for the business and manage key inputs and assumptions used in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data modeling experience
- ERP systems experience
- 2-3 years of finance experience with a manufacturing company
- Must be able to work and communicate well within all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to change
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking with an ability to conduct data analysis and resolve complex problems
- U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft AX preferred
- Experience with visualization reporting solutions (DOMO preferred)
- Experience with budgeting software packages (preferred)
- Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion
