Job Summary
Build and distribute financial dashboards using Power BI to translate product cost data into actionable insights for pricing strategy and margin management. Maintain accurate product cost information in PLM while leveraging legacy systems like AS400 and Epicor to support historical data continuity. Deliver recurring and ad hoc financial analysis, including margin tracking and pricing support, alongside coordinating Plan, STF, and LRFF data submissions. Partner with Sales on tailored pricing proposals and resolve ad hoc system support requests with IT. Utilize AI tools to automate recurring tasks and identify financial trends, ensuring data integrity for customer quote generation. This hybrid role in Glen Allen, Va, reports to the Business Operations Manager, Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant finance or financial analysis experience
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of concepts relevant to a hard goods sourcing organization, including product costs, margins, and pricing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
