Job Summary
Support Savers' pricing strategy by providing timely and accurate analysis to enable sound business decisions and optimize pricing profitability. Key responsibilities include supporting current and future pricing models, price and selection analytics, new merchandise program support, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Analyze pricing performance at the category, brand, store, and market levels while acting as a subject matter expert to identify underperformance areas and leverage data for insights. Engage with stakeholders across field operations and corporate leadership to deliver well-organized presentations and communicate complex operational metrics connected to financial results. Implement and independently manage all pricing systems, including building complex financial models for routine and ad hoc reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 2 years' experience in Finance or a combination of education and experience that yields the required Finance knowledge, skills & abilities
- Strong Excel/Access skills
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
- Ability to connect complex operational metrics to financial results
- Travel 10% or less
Desired Qualifications
- Retail or manufacturing experience preferred
