Job Summary
Finance professional to lead FP&A, financial analytics, modeling, and performance improvement for manufacturing operations; you will be a true business partner and point of contact with regional & plant management, driving month-end analysis, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, working capital management, and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include contract negotiations for customers/vendors/labor/warehouses, high-level financial analysis, ROI and scenario modeling, standardization of best practices, partnering with accounting to understand drivers of financial statements, and supporting monthly close while delivering internal/external stakeholder communications. Requires strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and experience with data analytics tools (Power BI/dashboarding); manufacturing/industrial services exposure and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Finance and data analytics experience preferred (Power BI, dashboarding, AI)
- Experience in or ready for a fast paced, operations and manufacturing environment
- 2+ years’ experience in industrial services industry preferred
