Financial Analyst- Practice Valuation at Houston Methodist is responsible for maintaining and analyzing data related to the financial performance of the assigned entity, hospital(s), and contractual relationships; compiling and reporting information to Financial Accounting, Internal Audit, Revenue Cycle, department, and entity management; performing routine data analysis and monthly reporting; highlighting performance issues, identifying problems and researching solutions; and developing monthly dashboards and external benchmarks. The role supports annual operating budgets, prepares journal entries related to department activities, and communicates insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
