Job Summary
Support advisory mandates for boards, equity sponsors, and investors on merchant power producers, renewable energy companies, and utilities regarding transaction evaluation and execution. Prepare marketing materials, pitches, and teasers while performing financial analyses including valuations, financing capacity assessments, and returns/IRR calculations. Interface with industry professionals and consultants to evaluate power and utility assets, and support ongoing analyses of recent events and trends within the sector. This role involves working as a member of deal teams comprising Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and other analysts. Candidates must possess at least one year of investment banking or similar experience, with a strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory.

- Strong analytical abilities, including financial modelling skills
- Experience in unregulated or regulated U.S. power markets, power project finance, trading/marketing, or corporate finance
