Job Summary
Analyze loan portfolio performance and key KPIs while supporting IFRS 9 and ECL modelling. Design insightful Power BI dashboards and develop automated reporting to influence business decisions. Bridge Finance and Data by translating questions into analytical solutions using SQL, Python, or R. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning through data-driven insights. Monitor metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with stakeholders across the business on analytical projects. Requires a degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Science; SQL and Power BI skills are essential. Fluent English required; ability to work from the Tallinn office three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, data analysis or a similar analytical
- Good Power BI skills, including building dashboards and data models
- SQL skills
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex analyses in a simple and practical way
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Good Excel skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work from our Tallinn office at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of loan portfolios, credit risk or IFRS 9 / ECL concepts
