Job Summary
Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances while creating various financial models and variance analysis. Support the budgeting and forecast process on a monthly and annual basis, assist in evaluating cost savings projects, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to align financial goals, ensure data integrity, and create analytics demonstrating project performance. Manage ad-hoc requests and drive growth initiatives for the Project Management System. Requires proficiency in Power BI, GAAP knowledge, and experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance
- Knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
