Job Summary
Partner with the Consumer Services leadership team to provide financial guidance, scenario modeling, and analytical support for key business initiatives and investments. Develop and monitor key performance indicators for newly acquired businesses while assisting in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports on business pillar performance, build core business forecasts focusing on spend management, and create ad hoc analysis for executive management. Support investor relations materials and Board of Directors reporting packages, ensuring accurate presentation of financial performance. Assist the broader Finance team with month-end close procedures, including accruals and expense classification, while driving continuous improvement in financial processes and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or public accounting
- Proven ability to serve as a financial business partner, translating financial data into actionable business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with financial modeling & forecasting
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with business systems (e.g., PowerBI, Coupa, NetSuite) is a plus
- Experience with a financial planning software, implementation experience a plus
