Job Summary
Financial Analyst role providing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations for Authorized agents (pricing, fees, technical issues, commissions), compiling governance-related product data, improving financial transparency, assisting with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and translating data into clear insights for internal stakeholders. Requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/BI tools, and bilingual English-French communication in a Canada-based, hybrid-work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (CPA designation is an asset)
- Entry level or ideally 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivots, formulas)
- Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, SAP BI)
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non‐finance stakeholders
- Must be fluent in both English and French
