Job Summary
Execute month-end close tasks for manufacturing and inventory, completing job/work order closure processes and analyzing material, labor, and volume variances. Translate production plans into weekly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasts while maintaining robust master data and standard costs. Liaise with operations associates to ensure accurate source data delivery and guide operations on disciplined, compliant cycle counts. Investigate anomalies to implement solutions addressing gaps and support statutory and internal audit deliverables when required. Continuously work toward automating reporting and driving cost-saving initiatives across production, supply chain, and finance.
Required Qualifications
- Holds, or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Confident in understanding ERP systems and relationships between data tables
- Proficient in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Inquisitive and logical mindset
- Analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driven to simplify processes
- Capable of understanding an audience and present/deliver information effectively
- Capable of managing a committed direct report effectively
- The role will require a heightened degree of on-site presence and mobility within the facility
- This role will inherently require sedentary periods at a time but will also require a fair amount of movement within the premises to collaborate and coordinate with other areas of operation and attend daily meetings

- Experience of working in a data driven environment (e.g. manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, large retail etc) is highly desirable
