Job Summary
Analyze operational and financial data to deliver actionable recommendations and troubleshoot problems using variance analysis. Advise decision makers on courses of action while developing communication plans and documentation. Research issues, document process flows, and create procedure manuals for performed functions. Develop financial and business models, including return on investment calculations, and contribute to re-engineering methods that improve processes and reduce risks. Document project lifecycle details, including success measurements and tracking. Share knowledge of processes and systems with new analysts and interface with key executives, physician leaders, and corporate departments on operational issues.
