Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst to scale Onward's financial operations with a focus on FP&A, invoicing workflows, and provider network payments. Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning; analyze trends, KPIs, and operational data; partner with department leaders to drive budgets and performance improvements. Own and optimize end-to-end invoicing workflows, support grant reporting, and ensure timely payments; implement AI-driven workflows and maintain strong relationships with customers. Drive month-end/quarter-end reporting, identify process inefficiencies, and support financial systems optimization. Provide strategic insights through scenario analyses, dashboards (Power BI), and communications for leadership and board updates. Collaborate across departments to translate data into actionable business decisions, with a startup-wide emphasis on accuracy, scalability, and operational excellence.
