Job Summary
Analyze financial and operational performance across practices, locations, and service lines by investigating changes in revenue, labor costs, expenses, and profitability. Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts to identify trends, variances, and risks that drive management decisions. Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business choices while preparing recurring reports for leaders. Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial statements. Work with operational teams to uncover the activity behind financial results and improve reporting processes. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required with 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related role
- A solid understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close process
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial and operational data
- Ability to dig into a set of numbers, identify what matters, and determine what is driving the result
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Ability to work independently, investigate questions, and follow an issue through to an answer
- Ability to explain financial information clearly to people who do not work in finance
Desired Qualifications
