Financial Analyst

Lead the annual budgeting process, multi-year forecasting, and monthly forecasts while developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital planning. Analyze financial performance through variance analysis and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and driving factors. Prepare executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and board materials to partner with leaders on profitability, cost management, and growth opportunities. Manage treasury-related analysis including pricing and profitability models, equity positioning, and interest rate risk to support Asset-Liability Committee reporting. Assist in monthly and quarterly financial close processes, review financial results, and ensure consistency between management reporting and GAAP financials.
