Job Summary
Evaluate financial data and performance to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and scenario analysis. Prepare accurate monthly management reports, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for senior management. Provide strategic insights to optimize expenses and support business decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity. Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy. Join the Finance Department in Elefsina to contribute to seamless logistics solutions in Southeast Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, business intelligence platforms, and databases (e.g., SQL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business/Financial analysis, accounting, or a related corporate finance setting
