Financial Analyst

Perform financial analysis of cash flows, job cost tracking, and project funding for development and construction phases. Create reporting packages covering property cash flows, valuations, and loan sizing while serving as a liaison with equity partners and lenders. Collaborate with developers and vendors to organize funding requests, identify budget variances, and prepare change orders. Prepare monthly financial reports and Project Performance Reviews, construct detailed Excel models for cash flow, and reconcile general ledgers to project budgets. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
