Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to drive business performance. Conduct variance analysis, monitor revenue and expense trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Design automated reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau to ensure data integrity and support strategic decision-making. Identify process improvement initiatives, execute ad hoc modeling and scenario analysis, and provide documentation for audits. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 2–4 years of experience and advanced Excel skills, with an MBA or CPA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years of financial analysis experience
