Job Summary
Financial Analyst within the FP&A team responsible for generating and analyzing financial reports, researching variances and trends, supporting the development and implementation of monthly and long-range financial plans, and delivering ad hoc analyses and presentations. Requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, ability to relate numbers to ideas, and solid written/oral communication skills. Hybrid role with 40-50% in-office work in Amelia/Cincinnati, OH, and eligibility for related benefits including comprehensive insurance offerings and a robust 401k. CPA/CFA or advanced degree preferred alongside a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and relevant experience in financial analysis and presentations.
