Job Summary

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by analyzing revenue, expenses, and operational metrics to identify trends and variances. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis while collaborating with department leaders to ensure accurate financial data. Develop and maintain financial models and databases to drive business decisions and assist with month-end and year-end close activities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related analytical role
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to organize, analyze, and present financial data effectively
  • Ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets and basic financial models used for reporting, forecasting, and decision support
  • Ability to evaluate financial and operational data, recognize trends, and identify discrepancies or areas requiring additional analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize financial databases, accounting systems, and reporting tools
  • Evaluates financial and operational information carefully, identifies patterns and relationships within data, and uses available information to reach logical conclusions
  • Establishes priorities, manages multiple assignments effectively, and completes work accurately within established deadlines
  • Takes responsibility for assigned work, maintains high standards for accuracy and quality, and follows through on commitments
  • Collaborates effectively with Finance, department leaders, and other stakeholders and maintains professional working relationships across the organization
  • Evaluates financial and operational data, identifies trends and variances, and uses findings to support informed business decisions
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy when preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial information, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Identifies discrepancies or financial issues, investigates potential causes, and works toward practical and well-supported solutions
  • Demonstrates an understanding of fundamental finance and accounting concepts and applies that knowledge appropriately when analyzing business performance
  • Effectively manages multiple assignments, competing priorities, recurring reporting responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Communicates financial information clearly and professionally and adjusts the level of detail based on the audience
  • Works effectively with Finance, operational leaders, and cross-functional partners to gather information and accomplish shared objectives
  • Takes ownership of assigned analyses, reports, deadlines, and deliverables and follows through on commitments
  • Adjusts effectively to changing priorities, reporting requirements, business needs, and financial processes
  • Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in developing financial, analytical, technical, and business knowledge
  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential financial and organizational information
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods
  • Regular use of computers and financial reporting systems
