Financial Analyst - Mortgage Servicing

Job Summary
Process payments, payoffs, escrow transactions, and account updates for first-mortgage, home-equity, and commercial loans. Conduct escrow analyses, monitor tax and insurance requirements, and coordinate disbursements while verifying homeowner's and flood insurance coverage. Provide timely assistance regarding statements, escrow, and servicing inquiries, and maintain adherence to RESPA, TILA, and CFPB rules. Board new loans into core systems, review closing packages for accuracy, and perform pre- and post-boarding audits. Update loan records, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with Lending, Collections, and Member Services. Requires Bachelor's degree, 1+ year mortgage servicing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
